THE BEGINNING
Starconz began as a music development program, originally built to help artists grow and refine their craft.
When Nulu X stepped in during 2021, he helped expand that vision by bringing dance and acting into the program, evolving Starconz into a broader talent development model.

PUSHING FORWARD
As the company continued to grow, a strong and profitable structure was established, one built around development, opportunity, and long term sustainability.
By 2022, after the previous director moved on to pursue other ventures, Nulu stepped into the role of Executive Director. Rather than starting from scratch, he continued building on the structure they had established together, helping guide Starconz through its next phase of growth.
THE PULL
For years, that model provided stability and a clear business framework.
But over time, something continued to feel incomplete.
As a former dancer and actor himself, Nulu felt a growing pull toward something more than remaining solely behind the scenes.
As ownership gradually transitioned into his hands, Nulu found himself standing at the most pivotal moment in Starconz’s history.

THE SHIFT
He chose to walk away from a structure that had already proven profitable and rebuild Starconz into something entirely new.
In 2025, that bold risk became reality as Starconz transformed into a Personality Driven Content Group, entering the world of social media and front facing content, a space Nulu had never truly worked in before.
This leap was not taken alone.
Paulina Cabrales, James Kays, and Joney, who had all come into Starconz under the previous model, made the bold decision to stay and take that leap of faith alongside him. During this transition, Madu joined the journey, becoming part of the foundation of this new era from the very beginning.
THE NEW ERA
As the new vision continued to grow, Brina Dounda later joined the group, adding to the chemistry, creativity, and momentum of Starconz’s evolving story.
Together, they chose vision over comfort and stepped into the unknown.
What began as a bold risk has since grown into an incredible audience and a Personality Driven Content Group still writing its story.
